Healthcare services do important work in the clinical phase of chronic illness. But what comes next is often left unheld.

Once treatment stabilises, many women are left to navigate identity, energy, grief and rebuilding alone. Nobody walks you through the loss of a career that changed shape, or helps you untangle your worth from your diagnosis.

Visibly Her exists to support that stage. Through peer support, coaching and community, we provide a space where women with chronic illness can reconnect with themselves, find others who understand, and begin to rebuild in a way that is realistic, honest and sustainable.

The VISIBLE™ Framework

Everything we do is shaped by the VISIBLE™ Framework, a seven-stage approach born from lived experience and built specifically for women navigating chronic illness.

It is not a programme you move through from start to finish. It is a living journey. You may find yourself in different stages at different times, and that is not failure. That is what this journey actually looks like.
